OMS can be customised so that it sends automated Email & SMS notifications. They can be sent to customers and/or introducers depending on the type of case you are processing. These can be attached to the Workflows so when you complete a significant task it can send to update them or request further actions. This is also used for other functions such as the password reset and registration notifications.
These are fully customisable and can pre-populate information such as the customer’s/introducer’s name and details. You have unlimited emails and 700 SMS messages per month with your standard OMS package.
