We believe that customer service is extremely important and so we provide full support to all our users. From onsite visits and training sessions as well as webinars, our dedicated Helpdesk team are just a call away.
Our Helpdesk is open Monday – Friday 09:00am to 17:30pm to help with any issues or questions you have about the system. This service is free with your licence as standard.

The team at Clever Lending have had a seamless transition from office working to home working, with OMS being cloud based it made our initial home working tests very easy to implement to a full home working operation. With case information and documents store on the cloud, we have been able to get everything we need at the touch of a button.
